2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when purchasing: name, email, country and the billing details required by the payment processor. We also log technical data about the visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and statistics.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to process the purchase, deliver the product, provide support, issue receipts, prevent fraud and, if you agreed, send you communications about our products (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. Third parties
We share data only with the providers needed to operate: the payment processor (Whop and its payment partners), the platform that hosts the store and checkout, email delivery services and analytics or advertising tools (such as the Meta pixel). We do not sell your data.
5. Security
Payments are processed on PCI DSS certified platforms; we do not store your card details. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS.
6. Retention
We keep purchase data for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the legal periods required for invoicing and fraud prevention; afterwards it is deleted or anonymized. Download links stay active for 365 days.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and object to marketing communications, by writing to hello@betterdailyvault.com. We respond within the applicable legal deadlines.
